Cancellation: Various flexible cancellation options are available which can be chosen at the time of booking. Please check the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

An insurance cover is always helpful for unpredictable situations. We recommend adding one at the time of the booking.

Spa Cancellation: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to appointment. If your appointment has to be cancelled or amended less than 24 hours before arrival, you will incur the full charge. 

Arrival & Departure: Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 12:00 noon. Rooms are ready for occupancy at 15:00 hrs. If you arrive earlier than check-in time, you can still enjoy the hotel’s facilities. 

Smoking: In order to protect both our guests and staff from the dangers of second-hand smoke, Grand Hotel Bucharest operates a fully “no smoking” policy. The restaurant, indoor areas, bar and all bedrooms are designated “no smoking” areas. Should guests be found to smoke in these areas, a fine will be enforced. Outdoor facilities for smoking are provided.

Visiting with Children: Children under the age of 5 years stay free of charge. Children under the age of 17 years can swim in the indoor pool only accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 17 must be supervised by an adult if using the gym, sauna, steam room, or Jacuzzi at the Spa

Special requirements: We offer provisions for guests with disabilities. We would be happy to discuss your requirements. If you have any special needs, let us know so that special arrangements can be made for you.

Dogs: Dogs are allowed to stay in our hotel. Should you wish to bring your four-legged friend with you, by prior arrangement, please refer to our Dog Policies by clicking here .This will need to be signed and returned prior to your stay or upon arrival. When dining with us, your four-legged friend can join you on the terrace of Corso. Please let us know when you book so that we can arrange a table for you outside. Dogs must stay on a lead at all times.

Guarantee Your Reservation: A credit card is required to secure your booking. Your payment details will be taken at the time of booking and the first night’s room payment. All outstanding charges are to be settled at departure. On arrival, guests will be required to present the credit card they intend to use to settle their account. The credit card will be pre-authorised.

Hotel Policies: Check-in and Check-out – Our priority is to have your room ready by 15:00 hrs. Should you wish to join us earlier, we will be delighted to store your luggage with the porter until your room is ready.
